Quality Assurance Program (QAP)

Our Quality Assurance Program (QAP) was put into place to ensure that our employees and repossession agents are following all applicable federal, state and local laws when handling debtors, 3rd parties and repossessions. Some of our QAP main features are call monitoring, data security, training, agent monitoring and business compliance.  All NSE’s agents are vetted through our agent on-boarding process prior to becoming a part of NSE’s agent network.
